Fun Family Pictures in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

You know how parents aren’t supposed to say that they have a favorite child? Well I shamelessly have favorite clients and Amber is one of them! Like most of my clients I met her through another client of mine {also a favorite….and Amber has since referred another favorite client to me! HA!} and I have loved her and her amazing son Braden since our first meet up!
I was so excited when she contacted me about doing a session with her son, parents, and brother! I got to see where her amazing personality came from….and of course see one of my favorite little guys again 🙂

Beautiful Bride and Groom Session in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Introducing {mr. & mrs.} sessions!
Although I no longer shoot weddings I really hope more couples opt for this kind of shoot. Originally I was just excited to take pictures of my gorgeous friends but as I was editing their pictures I realized the value of this kind of session! Regardless if this was before or after the day of the wedding, there was NO stress. There aren’t other things to attend to or worry about. We took our time, we were relaxed, and laughing and there was no pressure to rush. Wedding days are a blur for most couples and notoriously chaotic. This was all about them and exactly how they wanted it and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
I’ve known Loren and Brandon for years now and was elated when we brought this idea to life! They got married at Tensing Pen Resort in Negril, Jamaica the week prior to this session. I convinced Lo to not jump into the ocean in her gorgeous lace dress so we could show it off during pictures 😉 A week after this shoot they had a chic reception at The Broadway in downtown Tulsa where I got to proudly/bashfully look at these pictures all night in a slide show they made. They also  blew up one of these images and had it printed on canvas for everyone to sign as their “guestbook”.
I was so honored to be a small part of their new lives together. Love you both! xoxo
I went with Lo and her best friend to pick out her wedding dress and although she looked perfect in all of them (literally!) this was obviously “the one” from the moment she tried it on.
Lace + pearls = heavenIt took us a while to get all the bobby pins out of her waist-length hair but I was determined to show off her long beautiful locks.
You know I already got dibs on their guarantee-to-be-gorgeous baby when that time comes 😉

Looking for a used or new automobile can be a challenging approach if you do not know what you really are carrying out. By teaching yourself about auto buying before you go to the dealership, you possibly can make things easier on your own. The following advice will help your following store shopping trip be a little more enjoyable.

Generally provide a auto technician coupled when searching for a brand new vehicle. Car dealers are popular for marketing lemons and you may not wish to be their following patient. Whenever you can not have a mechanic to think about cars along with you, at least ensure that you have him look at your final choice before buying it.

Know your limitations. Prior to starting store shopping for your automobile or van, make a decision how much you can afford to pay out, and stay with it. Don’t neglect to feature interest in your computations. You will definitely spend about 20 % as a down payment also, so be well prepared.

Before visiting a car dealership, know what sort of vehicle you want. Investigation most of you options just before store shopping so you can determine what works well with your financial allowance and family members requirements. Do your research to discover just how much you need to pay for a prospective auto.

Prior to signing any deal take time to study each and every range, for example the small print. If you have anything at all shown that you just do not recognize, do not indication until you get an answer that you simply understand. Unsavory salesmen can make use of a contract to insert numerous service fees that were not reviewed.

If you keep the preceding assistance under consideration next time that you go shopping for a car, you will end up more prone to get a better offer. Buying a vehicle lacks as a headaches. Use the ideas out of this post and you could get the automobile you desire with a very good cost.

Gorgeous Family Photos from Woodward Park, Tulsa

I was beyond excited when Jennifer contacted me to do an extended family session for her. A few months ago we did her family session {her+hubby+their toddler son}. This time it was her, her son, her sister, and her sister’s two sons. These are the kind of sessions I wish I booked more of! My family has always been really close with our aunts+uncles+cousins. I wish we had professional pictures of all of us. Major props to my awesome clients for always thinking outside the box!

Black Friday Special | Tulsa Photographer

Black Friday 2012 is almost here!!
Each year I do my biggest sale to celebrate my favorite shopping day of the year. Yes, I am one of the crazies that goes out with a fellow crazy in -10 degree weather at 3am, shopping in my warm and cozy pajamas hyped up on frappuccinos.
Don’t knock it until you try it, people!
For the 3rd year in a row I am happy to announce’s annual Black Friday Special!
Like each year I offer {discounted} mini sessions ON Black Friday and also {discounted} vouchers for full sessions {to be scheduled for Feb-Sept 2013}.
The previous 2 years I have not limited the number of vouchers or sessions I would take but with my wedding coming up next year I will only be taking a handful of each this time around….and they always book quickly!
This is the perfect opportunity to get your family together for holiday+winter pictures or to surprise someone with an amazing gift!
Sessions that are purchased as gifts will receive a custom digital gift certificate emailed to them.
Mini sessions are 30 minutes and will ONLY take place on the afternoon of Friday, November 23rd in an open country-like wild field (where you see most of my sessions take place). Scarves, gloves, and blankets are encouraged! 🙂  We will start in the afternoon leaving plenty of time to shop that day! If you have a large family and feel 30 minutes will not suffice, I will offer ONE FULL SESSION on Black Friday for 40% off {$210}.
Sessions and vouchers will be booked & purchased on a first come, first served basis.
As always, the full amount is due at the time of booking/purchasing and sessions come with all images on a high resolution disc with print rights.

Beautiful Family Field Pictures in Tulsa | Tulsa Family Photographer

When Sommer and Justin stepped out of their SUV at our session with a homemade tee pee, quilt, antique trunk, crates, and a bucket full of fresh flowers I knew we were a match made in photography Heaven! Their sweet little family just moved back to Tulsa and found me on Google {SCORE!}. I am so incredibly happy they chose me. I wouldn’t be able to stand the jealousy if someone else got to photograph this picture-perfect family!
2-year old Mia was a dream to photograph. Like most toddlers there was a lot of bribery and tickling. You can tell this beautiful little girl only has to look at you to have you wrapped around her finger 🙂
I don’t generally post this many images on a blog…..but how could I resist?!
